Fees include coverage from school dismissal until 5:45 or 6:00 PM (depending on location), a light snack, homework supervision, and daily activities such as Arts & Crafts, Sports, Dance, Drama and Chess. Fees do not include full day programs and certain club activities.  There is a $150 registration fee per child.

Entire Year

Our most popular option.  Fees are payable monthly. One month non-refundable deposit is required.**

Sibling Discount - 35% off the second child signed up for an Entire Year registration.  In the event fees are not the same, discount applies to lower fee.

 

5 Days a Week

$5880 for 37 weeks in 10 monthly installments of $588

Entire Year prices are based on a contract beginning on your child’s starting date until the end of the Kids Orbit year in June.  
Yearly fees are based on 37 weeks and prorated accordingly.  Failure to meet your contractual obligation will result in forfeiting your deposit.

Flex Pack      perfect for half afternoons and occasional use

Pre-purchased credits to cover part of the afternoon (pick up by 4:30) or the whole afternoon. Part of the afternoon is $55 and the whole afternoon is $80.**

Flex packs come in increments of $550 and $1120*

*Purchase $1120 and get $1200 worth of credits to use.

Flex credits purchased are non-refundable and must be used by the last Kids Orbit day of the school year.

10 Week Packages

Schedule weeks as needed.  This arrangement works well for freelancers, families with members who travel for weeks at a time, and those with caregivers who are away on vacation, among others.**

5 day weeks: $210 x 10 = $2100
4 day weeks: $198 x 10 = $1980
3 day weeks: $187 x 10 = $1870
“Weeks” purchased are non-refundable and must be used by by the last Kids Orbit day of the school year.
